what if instead of dropping ICE cars for EVs because they pollute, we just let them stay and nuked india to balance the carbon emissions?

I exclusively draw in ms paint. How much am I limiting myself and is it worth learning something else if I just want to draw oekaki style shit like picrel (not my art) anyways?
