I'm going to miss the Falcon's Talons and Eclipse scythe, but it looks like those likely aren't returning. I'm hoping the new gauntlets are a good successor.
Ryu should get the Dabilahro or something similar, just a big fuckoff greatsword he can barely swing.
I'm also pretty fond of monofilament wire, and it'd be pretty unique. They'd probably need to do some sort of visual effect to make it show up easily during combat though. For examples, think Walter from Hellsing. You'd get a lot of AoE cutting attacks and maybe even grappling from a distance. If they don't bring back the kusari-gama, I'd like to see Ryu use that as his new mid-range weapon.
