Reform will 100% win in 2029 and Labour knows it. That's why they're postponing local elections because they'll lose a crapload of seats in May which will heavily bite into their ability to maneouvre. They need as large a parliament majority for as long as possible to successfully fuck up the country before they're ejected, so they can sabotage Reform's tenure. Labour can then blame Reform for the state of the country and attempt re-election at a later date, if they even still exist at that point.
