It not so hot anymore in Finland.

Population migration from actual parts of the Russia Empire to Finland was de facto prohibited until early 1900's. The use of Russian language was never required during the reign of Russian emperors in Finland.
Err... So why do Finns hate Russians? They were far better than Swedes by the looks of things.
