So you just like being inconvenienced every 9 years and 11 months because Sheckleberg at GE and Miele need to make an extra 7% on every machine by using inferior parts? If you're paying a higher price wouldn't you prefer a higher quality product rather than having the same product as the poor guy but in a shinier package with a longer warranty?

Your dryer probably has this same motor and belt assembly as the other anons and both will break eventually. The only difference is yours says "premium" on the outside and has a 10 year as opposed to 5 year warranty.
