People forget that Rinascita is pretty much a region that was mostly developed before the game even released, that didn't release day 1 because of development constrains, and only had half a year to be refined. The fact it even came out this good is utterly baffling to me to this day because of how much of a mess 1.0 was at release day.
To this day i still believe the devs completely gave up on Huanglong and focused most of their last months before release in building Rinascita to be what it was in January of this year.
Lahai-roi will be the actual first region created with everything they learned.
