Finally beat story quest so I can post on here now. What did you guys think of it? I enjoyed it overall, some really good moments especially in the climax. Huge lack of QC though, so many cutscenes had performance issues and lip synching issues.

Rinascita's exploration is a billion times better than Huanglong/Black Shores precisely because the area completion was more about completing tasks rather than mind-numbingly finding trinkets and doing mind-numbingly boring perimeter sweeps (obviously you still had that in 2.0, but it's way less of a factor in 100%ing a map than the tasks).
Considering that most of a player's play time in a given region is going to be spent getting 100% in different area maps, this change like the single most impactful gameplay change going from 1.0 to 2.0.

I like it for now, much better than Natlan. Better presentation, they used the cast better, Columbina/Sandrone and Lauma alone mog all of Natlan's cast combined and the rest of the characters are also all likable. Rerir is a badass, Varka has Gintoki's VA so what more can i say, twinks are irredeemable. Traveler feels like an actual piece of the story that can change the events instead of being there so Mavuika looks good.

The region is hit or miss, some areas are really good while others are extremely forgettable, they went backwards on traveling so unless you have a good team for traveling it goes back to 2021 Sumeru GI which is just baffling to me.
And lastly the music is good but i liked Natlan's better, Natlan soundtrack is the best in all of GI imo.
