not really, even a single BZM120 fuel cell module isn't that much bigger, volumetric wise than a BZM34 module
Considering the tiny 212a can store 9 BZM34, a 3000-4000t SSK can easily stack at least 1,5 of that number, if not more. That alone would be enough for 14 kts transit.
