Absolutely great game, top3 metroidvania for me, and one I NG+ed basically straight away (NG+ has some additional content).
My only "complaint", aside from the somewhat visually barren intro area, was the music and it wasn't even bad: I just ran the game with the Pathologic 1&2 OSTs instead since I found them fitting the surreal atmosphere much better.
