I once met a Serb in person inside a thrift store.

I didn't know he was a Serb but we were talking about those like porcelain statues of trad women (picrel) and I eventually realized he had an accent to which I asked him where he was from, to which he said Serbia. I asked him why he was in the US and he said something like:
>I first moved to the US in 1996, then the rest of my family came to the US

He never elaborated on why he came to the US alone. Nice guy though
