The original PS2 nurses looked like this, which is what I grew up with. Xbox, PS2 Greatest hits onwards, they added a box. The box may very well just be a texture error, and they didn't catch, and it may be originally the texture didn't load at all. The solution introduced a NEW error where it's just a floating box rather than a proper texture to the model. Oh well.

More or less the box is their "canon" appearance, since it's how they look in like 9/10 of the releases anyways.
