As I said, my issue is genshin doing simple badly, which is why playing wuwa doesn't make me appreciate genshin being simple. Maybe if we were to compare to something like a souls game, where every weapon is simple but still somewhat unique in both animations and gameplay when compared to something like DMC or even nioh.
>You rarely have to bait enemies or group them up
You missed the first wiwa, people complained so hard that they will never add a content that crowd control is needed. That said, both in genshin and wuwa baiting smaller enemies on a timer is more of an annoyance than fun gameplay, and a way to force you to roll characters with grouping like venti/kazuha/roccia.
>or position yourself to avoid an attack
Positioning yourself better will save you time though, if you get to a point that you're just dodging then you're not attacking. But yes, wuwa has a lot of tools to avoid attacks, which is why bosses are extremely aggressive and full of AoE attacks, making so you don't often need to walk away. They could add eventually undodgeable attacks to mitigate that, but I wonder how that will be received.
>or to line up your attack properly
No thanks, I don't need to miss an attack on a character that I locked on and is in front of me (unless it moved). 1.0 tracking was really bad, and people complained a lot about it because the character would just try to hit something completely different than what you expected and screw your plans.
