Just avoid training the adductors as much as possible while still training the lower body and your legs will look strong and aesthetic
The problem with big legs is the oversized adductor muscle complex on the inner region of the thigh which gets hit hard in staggered or wide stanced squats/leg presses.
If you're squatting just use a narrow stance and make it as quad biased as possible.

Lats and delts should be trained hard otherwise you will end up looking like a weirdo kinda like pic related who literally struggles to overhead d press LMAO1PLATE!!1 and do more than 10 pullups.
As a natural your delts and lats will never be "too big".
