It's a hentai game homage to Dark Souls, made almost entirely by one guy in RPG maker. The story is told basically through lore and tidbits, kinda like how Dark Souls is, and the lore is Alice in Wonderland, which also blurs the real life aspect of the people related to Lewis Carroll with the characters in the book as well as other Fairy Tales. As the other anon mentioned, there is a lot of raping and killing. It's fucked up, but it's like "vanilla" levels of fucked up. The art is terrible, but it grows on you very quickly and becomes rather charming and helps to sell the setting of the game.

Black Souls 1 is really rough around the edges compared to Black Souls 2, but they're both good.
