ok I somehow managed to do the thing, which was much easier than I thought. But i also did something bizarre, when jumping to break the tiles while storing the boost, my samus froze and suddenly did a weird elbow side dash, is it a scripted sequence? i don't think I encountered a single secret that required doing this and i got almost everything

At least I can move forward now...
