Slovenia mentioned! Those are M84's, local variant of the T-72 built entierly in Yugoslavia, and they have some pretty modern FCS systems, superior to soviet ones at least. Also exported to Kuwait where they fought on the same side with the Abrams in the gulf war and likewise performed admirably in firing excercises. Always found it funny how NATO likes to use them as the baddies in excercises.

Hilariously I've also seen a study conducted by the MoD on the potential to modernize the M84's which is a bit of a joke but its out there. Considering we were modernizing the T-55's into M55's in the 90's it checks out.
