How likely are we to get bailed out by one of the Heishou Xiaren from the packs Xichun has control over? Hong Lu's uptie story states that they will not make a move unless it's against a foreign force, so I could imagine that thanks to us being friends with her, and we are in a tough spot, she sends over a Pack leader to help us outside of the district, since technically it would be utilizing them against foreigners.

Isn't it rather clear that she isn't a regular Heishou? She even talks about pursuing her own path, that she's learning from Qiu. We don't see the rest of the hares besides her make a move when the hierarch is stuck right?

Heathcliff literally calls out Qiu on it, wondering "Wait, aren't all Heishou supposed to be masterless when this happens?" and then Qiu goes "Long story, let's just say she's an exception". Faust's uptie story also implies she is being given some form of freedom by Hong.
