As funny as that would be, CP would have either been hanging out in hell or being prepped for the lunar invasion by Junko when Marisa was conceived and presumably born. Unless Marisa's dad is secretly some sort of absolute unit that rushed hell and fucked the first hell fairy he saw (coincidentally CP), I don't see how that's possible.
