you have low reading comprehension. south park USED to make fun of kyle every episode for being jewish, but these jokes always came from cartman, who is very obviously supposed to be the 'big fat racist retard' of south parks world, the voice of everything matt and trey despise. they are not siding with you when making fun of jews via cartman, they depict kyle as smart, nice, charming and likeable while cartman is fat, dumb, and hated by his entire town.
