Holding people in places like this for all their lives is inhumane. It would be better if the country was drawn up into different "Law-Trust" zones. Level 1 (highest access, most welfare, strictest statutes) is the full citizen, Level 2 is the basic citizen (access to anywhere except Level 1, basically America today), and Level 3 are for outlaws and conscientious objectors to the state (about the only government service is military, in preventing foreign invasion of Level 3 zones, least amount of government services, almost no laws, nearly "international waters" but on land).

This way the HOA Karen tier storm trooper who loves goose stepping ITT can live in Level 1 zone, "from my cold dead hands" anarchists and uncivilized niggers live in Level 3 (niggers and convicts involuntarily), and the confused basic bitches in between can pick Level 2 zones.

Full citizens can come and go all the zones, but those designated (conviction) to inferior levels cannot enter superior zones without escort, or being on a guest list, arriving at gates of entry to those superior zones.

See now you solved forever-prison by putting them out to pasteur. What prison is today could then become voluntary educational and rehabilitation institutes which 'students' volunteer for to fast-track their convictions and restore honor/citizenship level. What has to stop is forcing our state religion ("The Law") on unbelievers, and just provide an open savannah for them to be the gorilla niggers they are naturally, kept away from important people like whites.
