There's several different pieces.

Pomni seeing the computer in the exit doors, the "void", caine looking at an office photo, caines eyes glitching,
Jax Glitching, I think jax might be npc, or he just has the mindset of one.
Would be funny to see him explode like gummigoo and watch all the jax lovers cry. But seems doubtful.

Let's see what else is there.
Disappearing guy, he has secrets, if he can stay around he will tell the secrets, so he's cursed (programmed) to teleport away. (just a theory)

There's a lot of little pieces to think of.
