these people are great at ganging up though so they're playing a war of numbers where they think that regardless if their actions are illegal, if there's sufficiently many of them, then it will be perceived as being legal
what they fear the most is the ability to put them down if they try stuff like home invasion, etc, they're absolutely terrified because they are cowards and can't do much against that, so they'll just have to prey here and there on individuals hoping to just win in terms of numbers
