He's a malshi aka maltese-shih tzu. Personally, I cannot imagine a breed cuter than this, shih tzus are too dopey and malteses are too frail looking, but malshis are perfectly balanced. I love him so much, even with how expensive his vet bills are ($70 monthly cytopoint, although I was in the process of moving him and I back to my hometown where he has no contact allergies, and his $1000 x-ray... 1 week before my retarded cousin lost him. I'd give up so much if it were assured he'd be with us till the day he passes)
