>I am not the person currently bothering this thread while being as foolish as to post as Ms. SAGE from Sonic Frontiers.
... If you say so.

I can't help but be suspicious, but if you say that isn't you, then... Okay, I believe you!

>. I'll take calling Ms. Cream "Kid Amy" as concession enough that I've won, Mr. Sparky.
I've always called Cream that. She is Girl Tails, and that's Kid Amy by default. But more specifically, she was created to be "Kid Amy" for Team Rose, and thus by default is Girl Tails.

Amy: Girl Sonic
Tails: Kid Sonic

Thus, kid sidekick to Amy is "Kid Amy" and "Girl Tails".

>You claim Ms. Amy loves adventure. This is a fundamental misunderstanding.
No, it isn't. Amy loves adventure itself, for the excitement and thrills. And in Sonic Shuffle, when asked what her dream is, she specifically says that she wants to be like Sonic. Her motive in the games has always been catching up to him, so she can be part of the fun adventures too. Her idea of romance is intrinsically linked to that.

>as concession enough that I've won, Mr. Sparky.
And if you're gonna go around gloating about "winning", then I have no choice but to keep fighting. If there's one thing I can't stand, it's the spread of misinformation. And that's what you're doing, so I've gotta stop you. Simple as that.

>It seems you have allowed recent retcons and your own headcanon to blind you
Incorrect. I go purely based on what the games and official material has said, since the very beginning. In this particular instance, there is no "retcon". Amy never wanted to bind Sonic in the first place. Play Sonic Adventure and the other games from that era, and you'd see that clear as day if you truly pay attention to Amy's character.

Your analysis on Amy is fundamentally flawed and incorrect, clouded by your own personal bias against her. The actual games make it clear that Amy genuinely loves who Sonic is and wants to follow in that lifestyle. Period.
