To be fair it's from the end of a story arc focused on a sleazy film director that was tricking his cast to have sex with him for better roles like he did with the lesbian couple & almost did with Sakura, so it was pretty NTR heavy at the start.

I guess most are just impressed the MCs came out OK in the end
