Recently finished the 危ぶまれる trilogy + 1 side story. The art is not that good, but the reason I still bothered with it is because part 1 is labeled as NTR while part 2 is labeled as NTS with a different heroine, and I thought that’s kinda interesting. I’ll go through the story a bit because I doubt many people played it.
(Part 1/3) For a NTR game, it doesn’t do anything revolutionary in how the NTR plays out. Aya, the FMC, is the MC’s childhood friend and it’s obvious they have a crush on each other. They have their friends as side characters who also play roles in the story. Apparently their school has a rule of expulsion if students are caught having relationships, and our NTR guy, the PE teacher, uses it as a tool to blackmail female students. Stuff happens and he tries to blackmail Aya with the fear of expulsion, but surprisingly she beats the shit out of him and decides to drop out by herself. Our MC then decides to live together with her to face the hardship together.

(Part 2/3) Big timeskip, and it’s revealed that the NTR guy got fired shortly after they dropped out because
of scandals. Also they are married and have a fairly steady life, the MC is about to get a
permanent position in his office. But unfortunately he later suffers a traffic accident while

bad guy per se, apparently had connections with the NTR guy from before. He gets wind of Aya

(Part 3/3) Here I’ll talk about the most important character of the story, Kaede, the sister of the FMC. She would often visit the home of the MC in the past and very clearly has a massive crush on him.
She kind of saw the mental deterioration of the MC after he left the hospital, her sister’s suspicious behavior and pieced together what might have happened.
So she followed the MC when he went toward the NTR guy’s house and saw him faint. The NTR guy notices them and provokes her, she beats the shit out of him and leaves with the MC.
Big timeskip, Kaede took him to her small village and now they live a very simple life farming together. The MC is so utterly traumatized that he mentions multiple times that he would’ve killed himself if Kaede was not there for him. Oh the previous FMC breaks up with the NTR guy and is now an AV actress. So her life is pretty much over. I skipped a lot of details in part 1 in case you felt there are some holes in the story.
And now part 2 starts, which is significantly worse and hits way harder than part 1. This part was what really messed with me. Overall while I think the NTR development is nothing special,
but the character writing, including the side characters and the feeling of getting NTR'd twice really hits hard. The whole trilogy itself is shrouded in a darker ambience when compared to your average RPGM games which also
adds to the depressing feeling. I might write about part 2 if there’s enough interest. Either way, I don’t see myself revisiting this trilogy any time soon, if ever.

Similar to how Jin's Tachibana story harnessed its hype, it's the baby's first NTR. It's no secret that NTR stories beginning from vanilla chapters or those with a vague outcome tend to be popular here. Chitose was popular for the latter reason while it was still ongoing. Yuuki's past stories didn't have these issues, but it seems like this is the current direction he's going to take his stories from now on... especially with the new one he's currently working on. Everyone's already anticipating how the NTR is going to go down in it, but It's probably going to be the same shtick, with the main heroine (Chitose 2.0) just going along with what everyone else does.

I say you should go read his past works, especially those with NTR. The girls at least have a character to them and a reason for why they do what they do, even if it's a dumb one. There's his whole "Level _" series, where the main 'heroine', is already being fucked by the other dude before the story begins. Even while her actions are pretty vague, it's clear she may have had some kind of interestin the MC, despite using him to watch them have sex.

I added a bit more to my post. Both Kaname Date and Hishokan Kashima no Houkokusho are hyped up and talked about for the same reason. Nobody knows how it ends, and that's where the intrigue lies. In Kaname Date, everyone wants to know the mother's endgame and where Kaname will end up. In Xration's story, many people wanted to know why the dog was bought, but it seems like Xration scrapped that idea entirely. One annoying thing about following some of these stories is when an author has a vague idea of where he wants to go, but then changes his mind later on, destroying all the build-up and ramifications of past chapters. There are plenty of long-running NTR stories that have done this, especially ones that started out vanilla and went NTR. Sometimes it's obvious that it was planned, and other times it's obvious that it wasn't. In many cases, there are scenes where the heroine SHOULDN'T be able to return from, but then the asspull happens anyway.

Aaan Megami-sama (pic relatted) is one example of the author not knowing how he wanted to end the series. He shifts between vanilla, to NTR, to more rape, to vanilla again.

There are NTR artists like Sanagi Torajirou, who, despite creating excellent NTR stories, is indecisive about his goals. Some of his stories begin as NTR for one to three chapters, then transition to NTR and remain so for many chapters, only to end with a pseudo-NTR ending where the "villain" wins but the protagonist also gets to be with the girl.
