I just went back to the node for a screenshot like a minute before that post, I'm up to the last 2-3 nodes in this playthrough. The demon lady can just one shot that boss now.

Nah, if you spend a bit fusing the runes it will make you strong, but what will actually make you OP is rerolling the shops for passives and skills to fuse together for the highest tiers.
