how will the Dwarven reclamation of the serpentspine even work in EUV ? you won't be able to just conjure pops out of nowhere to colonize or develop any of the internal holds like Gor Burad, Mithradum, etc. will it be surface holds only or will or even isolated ones like Amldihr or Dur-Vazhatun? Do you have to genocide a corridor from like Escann to whatever hold you want to form?
