Is it even humanely possible to have perfect, quick, and consistent snaps with basically perfect recoil control in a battlefield game?

Like I haven't seen any footage of this guy having once scrolled a little bit too far off the mark one time. It's always just perfect snaps even for targets that are quite far apart on the screen. Seems sus.
