Beerus was introduced in Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods (2013). As of the Manga he still has not been surpassed 12 years later.
Muten Roshi/Kamesennin was introduced December 11, 1984 in Chapter 4 "They Call Him... the Turtle Hermit!". Beerus not being surpassed is the equivalent of Roshi not being surpassed even after the Buu Arc ended in May 23, 1995. Completely and utterly fucking ridiculous.
