Sourdough bread, lots of salads with whatever I have at the time (apple, cucumber, onion, tomatoes, green beans, peas, ...). Fruits, nuts, grains...
Daily meat, mostly beef or pork with a salad or greens. And potatoes I turn into vareous things like wedges etc and freeze them.
Didnt get too many potatoes this year though, so upped my sourdough game for more bread varieties.
