I have a confession to make. I actually put off signing it for a few months just due to the expectation of filling a government form. It was sitting there pinned on my browser. I think I ended up doing it around October knowing if I don't do it now it'll completely leave my mind.
I'm mentioning this because I think a lot of the surge we're seeing now is people doing the same and getting a hey it's ending soon reminder.
