i made vegetable soup but added too much salt and it was inedible(4 hours slow roasted vegetable tray...)
i tried to power through it but it was like drinking sea water
i dont know how it happened
its never happened to me before.
i must have memory holed the first time i put salt in and then put it in again without tasting.
well lesson learned, lock in next time.
