The other day I replied to the canadian on this topic, criticising a headline that said this jewish fella had "escaped the charges", on grounds that that wording was unfair, thinking he had been released without charge.

Now it appears the guy actually was a nonce and was charged and actually DID escape thanks to big Don. So I retract my post from the other day, the wording was fair. I offer my concession.
