5. India and other countries develop fast training programmes to take advantage of this
6. Import “experienced” Indians to work for you
7. Natives no longer want these jobs because the work culture sucks and all their colleagues converse in Bengali or Hindi.
8. Indians soon become managers and favour other Indians
9. Natives complain about all the Indians and these companies and the government tell them we need the Indians because there aren't enough qualified and experienced natives to do these jobs.

It's all manufactured. What's worse is the government do this in the NHS. The Traitorous Tories didn't increase training places for newly qualified doctors, but they did open up those training places to the entire world.
