NijiIN failed so badly they rebranded into NijiEN for about six months before rebranding back to NijiIN when the current NijiEN was in the works, and then a little bit later it was closed completely (not even merged, just nuked).

There seemingly isn't a market for vtubers in India.

The Indian accent is the worst English accent, down there with Afrikaans and American Deep Southern.

I had no opinion about the Phillipines or flips until I got into vtubing. All I really knew about the place was that it was controlled by Spain and then the US. After getting into vtubing I began to notice thst a lot of terrible drama-filled chuubas were flips, drama accounts were flips (doxxsagi and BVTM), the worst posters on this board are usually flips (more often than not they end up doxxing themselves in the OP), most of the twitter accounts thriving on shitflinging are flips. I still don't have much of an opinion on the Phillipines or flips but my experience in the vtubing world has made me think that perhaps there's something wrong with rhst part of the world, but I'm willing to assume it's just the ones who are terminally online thst are the issue.

Anon, I don't oshi Kuzuha, Suisei, Haachama, or Mito - but I can categorically state that I've been watching some of them (particularly Mito) long before you even knew vtubers existed. I've watched and actually seen pictures of Mito, I've watched and actually seen pictures of Kuzuha, I've watched and actually seen pictures of Haachama. They're not flips. Like I said I still try to keep an open mind about flips (despite all the confirmed ones in the vtuber sphere being absolutely awful) so it wouldn't be "devastating" for me to learn one of them is - I just know they aren't. The majority of people in my country barely know the Phillipnes exists - I get the feeling you think you're arguing with an American or something who has strong opinions about your people.
