People that want to own a pitbull should sign a legal document. My legal document.
1) no people under the age of 18 shall be allowed at the house. This includes family members. If you want to own a pitbull, no children or infants can be on the property ever.
2) if the dog ever attacks anyone and mauls them, the owner gets an immediate 99 years in jail. All other adult family members will get the same sentence for living with the pitbull.
