The bit this one shitposter keeps reposting every thread only happens after the part that OP posts when Pelops 2 discovers the Melody within Shiva and it's explicitly called out that the "song" is completely impossible and should not have existed. The "song" is an impossible miracle that only existed within Shiva because Pelops 2 had woven itself into it and had created Jet Jaguar PP as a far-off descendant who would become The "song" from our reference point in a bootstrap paradox. And this would never have happened if Pelops 2 was not present there in Shiva (which itself would not have existed if Ultima hadn't decided to let it exist) to find the "song" and therefore create a future descendant who would become the "song" and travel back to the past before the Catastrophe.

Banner literally cannot invent the means to compose the "song" because the "song" doesn't fucking exist without Pelops 2 specifically interacting with Shiva. Which cannot happen if Ultima does not let it happen. And even if it did, Banner would have less than 3 fucking hours to do this before the Catastrophe happens and he dies.
