The game literally fucking tells you that is NOT what the shoes did. It just removed some bloodfiend features from her, and sealed off the powers too, but it did not quench the thirst in any capacity.

And that was after talking about understanding their affliction, so clearly the issue was more so the rest of the family was not really into the whole theme park stuff, and found no fulfillment with it.

Isn't 10 count still plenty to murder most enemies in one turn in MD? Even without drumstick, fusion lets you apply just enough count in one hit + initial burn gifts to end regular encounters fast anyway.
The only issue I can see is bosses with tons of HP which might need 2 turns now, unless they're wrath weak. Even then, burn is still probably really fast for clears.
