See, you're making the rookie mistake of assuming FDev playtests their stuff. Fortunately, their comical incompetence also solves this problem for us. See, when you're in a combat Community Goal, what you need to pay attention is what you're sent AGAINST, and who you're fighting FOR; the game doesn't check the WHERE, the whole galaxy is completely interchangeable.
So for instance, if a CG sends to to fight ships of Fuckface Gang in the Arsehole System, you only actually need to blow up ships of the Fuckface Gang and CASH THEM in Arsehole System, not actually fight them IN Arsehole System. You could just go fight them in another system, despite that making no sense.
In this case, we're just sent to fight any Wanted ship FOR the Community of the Vault faction, meaning that it doesn't actually matter who or where we fight, so long as they're vouchers for Community of Vault. So you can go fight pirates in any system controlled by Community of the Vault, and then just cash them in in Aiaba, and they will count for the CG.
