They’re AD sponges. Their warhead is too large and guidance to accurate to ignore combined with long range makes them great for spamming to bait AD. Even Iron Dome interceptors are a negative trade. Bottleneck rockets mostly miss wildly so Iron Dome can serve shots, but with Shaheeds every one is too valuable to let go.
