There’s no way God couldn’t have known they ate the apple immediately if he is omnipotent/omnipresent. Angels are referred to as the “sons of God” because they are his children so if you ever hear or see the works of Satan in the world then you should understand that he is the prince of this world, according to the Bible, which means his father, God, is the king and is simply just refusing to beat his kids.
