It doesn't seem like he cares that much about lolis. He has drawn loli Chi-Chi a few times, but never a doujin. He did draw one with Bra, but despite her being Pan's age, she's not drawn as a loli in GT, and Yamamoto definitely didn't draw her as one (As opposed to Rom, who does).
