18 is still among the most popular characters though, so of course she's making it in over other females...

Most of the game is Z bias too. Even though characters are in their super era, for the most part they take after Z first, with some Super moves sprinkled in. The only "pure" Super characters in base roster are Blue Goku/Vegeta, Hit and Black, and even if we were to count others with Super influence, it's just Freeza (Level 3 after being knocked down, and Golden Freeza as a transformation), and Tien (His design straightup from Super).

DLCs did even things out more, out of the 20 characters, 8 of them were from Super, 7 from Z, 3 from GT, 1 from OG (He dresses like his Super version, but most of the moveset is from OG, with Super sprinkled in), and 1 from Arcsys itself.

I figured that for imperfect cell its the matter that they're still in fucking around mode at first and then later its that he's just that much stronger that only 16 has a chance without getting absorbed in the melee; that in the alternate timeline they fought together much more often against gohan and trunks though i understand that's somewhat headcanon fueled by the History of Trunks. Really their main issue is that they don't take shit seriously and are still treating it all like amusement until they are directly confronted with their own mortality.

Thanks, I've seen some people surprised that they didn't make Hit a DPS character but it makes sense to me, because his character archetype isn't really a substitute for a proper DPS on your team.
You could say he isn't a proper substitute for a support either but really, technicals in this game aren't strictly "supports" per se (just look at Krillin and Frieza, they don't offer much traditional support either) I see them more as fast, mobile opportunists who go wherever they are needed (they are the fastest characters for a reason)

Rant, but Sparking Zero has a massive amount of preset phrases, but sifting through them all for what you need is a nightmare, and the categories they give you to filter them by don't really help or can even leave out options that might've fit better. Even when you find one that's fitting, the ones that allow you to replace certain options are inconsistent with what they allow you to replace those options with. The scenario creator definitely oozes with a shocking amount of potential freedom, yet so much of your time is spent parsing through hostile menus over and over again as well as trying your best to counteract arbitrary limitations that you feel constricted anyway; case in point, you can't make scenes involving a free slot/dynamic character. There is certainly an art to working under those limitations, but it all just makes me wish they bothered letting you type and making a white/blacklist or some shit.

With Xenoverse and Legends doing fuck all, it really puts it in perspective that Hearts was a miracle. He was made to be a reverse Zamasu, and a villain who hates Zenoh makes a lot of sense, and him being practically a mind reader is an interesting power for DB. Plus the developers bothered to come up with Lagss too. The manga helped to develop him better too, as his beliefs are more sincere (Pic related doesn't happen in either the game or promotional anime).

Even before him, Demon Realm villains were a decent idea. Although Mechikabura himself was kinda boring, and he became even more boring once he rejuvenated. I'm not fond of Fu in general, but the universe seed is interesting.

Even so, Goku in ToP does suggest that Gohan's job is doing something to improve the universe's level, and in Super Hero, Gohan does seem to be doing an actual job. They definitely became more secretive about it in Buu saga.
Piccolo did destroy the cameras, but checking out the manga, he did it just in case Gohan's disguise falls. So they only started to actively hide their powers because of Gohan's school life, and later because of Satan (Even then, they were only planning to let him win in End of Z, Goku was putting effort against Uub).

If the people him and Nappa killed back in saiyan saga were to be included in the wish, then it's not just the civilians who would be resurrected, but also Tien, Yamcha, Nappa, and that one Saibaman Vegeta killed.

Even in that case, the 23TB has Piccolo in it, and the spectators fled in fear once they learned Ma Junior is Piccolo. While it wasn't televised, the announcer was there to declare Goku as the champion, and even if the population were to not believe him for some reason, as far as rumors would go, Piccolo was in the tournament fighting someone, and once it ended, Piccolo was no longer a threat. That should at least become an urban legend, and not something everyone forgets about.

So I've been playing a lot of xenoverse 2 recently and this is how I'd rank the races:
>M/Saiyan
The default race, the strongest race, the best in PVP
>M/Earthling
Second strongest race, easy braindead xy combo that causes seethe in pvp, but because of their lack of access to transformations, m/saiyans are still straight up better and have better combos that require just a little more skill to use
>Namekian
Third best race, boring, janky, very easy to play, would be overpowered if their combos weren't clunky ass, first choice of cheaters because of how dumb and unfun they are to play against
>F/Majin
Fourth best race, can abuse Kaioken with the right super soul and Ill Bomber skill, still worse than M/Earthlings in PVP in almost every way
>Frieza Race
Fifth best. I've seen some really good guys play these, but they just are not that good. Their awoken makes them take more damage and make their combos worse, also on the topic of combos, despite them being a ki super oriented race, they cannot combo into ki supers at all, their combos work best used into strike moves! That's right, frieza race combos work best with strike despite that being one of their lowest stats! Meh.
>M/Majin
Fun combos and they look silly which I like. In the end they're just weaker Namekians but less braindead I suppose.
>F/Saiyan and F/Earthling
Dead last. Basically the same with minor damage differences and overpowered awokens for the saiyan, f/saiyan combos are so garbage that they're almost unusable in PVP, kinda trash.

Their world has dinosaurs running around in the wilds between cities, had dragon people and werewolves and behemoths like bacterian who sometimes just hang around the normal population. The thing is, dinosaurs running around are something people could normall run into or see documentaries, but people being capable of flight aren't like this. Kame-sennin was seen as a god of martial arts, and he couldn't do it. Not counting Kami and Popo, Tsuru-sennin, Chaozu and Tenshinhan were probably the only ones capable of flying on their own without wings back in the day in the whole world.
