For everyone who bothered to get worked up in this thread, 4 days ago Trump signed an executive order that mandated payment processors revoke these rules. The games are coming back. Steam and other sites are no longer bound by Visa/Mastercard by executive branch mandate within 180 days. If these games don't return, it's because Steam or GOG or Itch refused to bring them back.
