Master Duel isn't complex. The game automatically does the cardboard stuff for you. There's spreadsheets on how to play any meta deck depending on your opening hand and how often you get handtrapped. All the skill comes from deckbuilding.
Where as card games like Hearthstone and Shadowverse is all about draws and card quality.

bros, I am actually enjoying take2. Sword is everywhere but they lack mid-game consistency and card draw so if you can answer luminous and don't take too much damage early on, you have a good chance of winning. Amelia is the best legendary in the class. Dragon and Abyss both have both impressed me. The former has a bunch of 2-for-1s, sweepers, and very powerful late game, and the latter kills people fast. People aren't running heals in the mode which makes good aggro decks even more viable.

Haven can be good but you need key cards. I faced a storm haven deck that might as be constructed since it doesn't need many leggos. I haven't tried or ran into Elf or Rune yet.
