I imagine at the very least its a gimmick where clashing against it is REALLY not a good idea, and the more people look at it probably agitates it.
Frankly its hard to say due to how simple it's overall gimmick is (and the fact it causes outright deranged paranoia in people if you remember its L. Corp logs.)
As it stands I can't see El Director missing the chance to make Schadenfreude fucking mulch the Sinners considering he's actively making 6-41 harder to buff up Vergilius. If there is one thing I can bet on, its Director wanting Vergilius to look good.
