Terrible, but it really depends on the dialect of course. I vaguely understand her without seeing the video, but in a real setting if she wanted me to change something I would not understand what the problem exactly was or how to fix it.
For 放課後ていぼう日誌 I ended up researching some 熊本弁 and made some cards for the things I did come across (ばってん、よかけん、よかたい、たいぎゃ、そぎゃん/こぎゃん/どぎゃん) because I don't think I will come across it again for many years lol, but I still wanna learn it.
