Libertarians are strongly Judeophilic. I guess it goes with being libertarians rather than nationalists. Libertarians value money above all else, while nationalists value the people or nation and its survival and, if possible, its thriving.
So it just makes sense that libertarians love Jews, as Jews are good at making money, and that nationalists dislike Jews, since Jews weaken and even destroy host nations as a way to ensure their own safety as outsiders who never fully integrate into a nation.

So how can we put the libertarians in their place (they hate the very idea of having a defined "place," since they want infinite freedom)? They are nation wreckers too, since they believe nations don't exist, just as Thatcher said "there is no such thing as society."

Neoliberalism is the broad name for the type of economic policies championed by Thatcher and Reagan, with large tax cuts for businesses, expectations that businesses will create jobs, and all boats will be lifted by the rising tide of wealth in the country as a whole.
It's called "neoliberalism" because it was meant to be a revival of classical liberalism, kind of like neoconservatism was originally intended to be a return to the like of Edmund Burke.
