There is a reporting snapshot taken at midnight so banks run way below their reserve requirements and just burrow hundreds of billions for a minute at midnight and pay it back at 12.01. The money borrowed doesn't even exist. Modern currency is created when loaned out, and extinguished when paid back, the banks making interest on the fictional money they created. It's a left over from the gold standard when they could loan out unlimited paper tickets promising to pay gold/silver coin.

All this, and when I do have the urge to play I just pick Veigar or Ziggs and auto win. Meanwhile someone with virtually no issues somehow has a 30% win rate after 250 games playing something that should auto win like irelia whereas I need to wait until the game is past 20 mins to be relative.
